Minot Under Water

Specialist Benjamin Clark called me to say that he had been woken up to assist with the evacuation of Minot, ND. He said the water was topping the levees as we spoke. Also, I could hear public defence sirens over the phone.

Earlier in the morning he told me that he had been interviewed on local television yesterday. I was not able to locate that interview, possibly below.
